After an order is placed, please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship.
We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, decanting, labelling and shipping. Handcrafted items take longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made to order so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.
Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
UK S H I P P I N G
Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through Royal Mail. After leaving our facility, Royal Mail typically delivers in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been shipped.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have any problems with your order please contact us so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our reward and we will always try our hardest to resolve any issues that occur.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
R E F U N D S + E X C H A N G E S
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to the organic nature of the products we cannot accept returns. In most cases, refunds are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products.
In exceptional cases, we may accommodate cash refunds if the issue is due to damage or defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 28 days of purchase.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages.
